Required Documents

• First-year and final-year students are not eligible.
• A copy of proof of level of registration at CU signed and stamped by the faculty.
• A copy of candidate’s transcript of records, including their GPA for the previous year.
• A copy of last level certificate (For Master and Ph.D. only).
• Learning agreement for studies, signed by the student, signed & stamped by home faculty “filling in Part1: Before the Mobility”.
• Proof of English Language Proficiency (Minimum level B2).
• M.Sc. students must be enrolled in a master program at the time of application and during the whole period of studies must have registered their proposal.
• PhD students must be enrolled in a PhD program at the time of application and during the whole period of studies and must have registered their proposal.
• M.Sc. and PhD students should provide a report from their supervisor about the thesis progress.
• PhD students need to get a connection with a supervisor at hosting university.
• Letter of motivation (No more than one page) with a study plan (or research plan for PhD students).
• A copy of valid passport or ID
• Updated CV (Maximum 2 Pages).

• Email Subject: (Host University Name) – (Type of Mobility) – (Name and surname in English as will be written in passport).
• Email content: (self-introduction, name, date of birth ../../…., passport number, faculty, GPA, program applying for, & list of attachments).
